1. Service Agreement

1. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your moving requirements.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or violates our policies.

2. Booking and Payments

1. All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. A deposit or advance payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your move.
3. Full payment must be made before or upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation fees may apply if the notice is provided less than 48 hours before the scheduled move.
3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, technical issues, or force majeure

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

1. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of your belongings during transit.
2. While we strive for utmost care, Kalash Movers & Packers is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items.
  • Fragile items not packed by our team.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    3. Insurance coverage is available for additional protection. Customers must notify us in advance if they require insurance.

5. Prohibited Items

1. Customers are prohibited from including hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods in their shipments.
2. Any prohibited items discovered during the move will be immediately reported and may result in the termination of services.

6. Customer Obligations

1. Ensure proper access to the pickup and delivery locations (e.g., elevators, parking spaces).
2. Notify us of any special handling requirements for delicate or valuable items.
3. Be available or designate a representative at both the pickup and delivery locations to supervise the process.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

1. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions.
2. In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions and keep you informed.

8. Claims and Complaints

1. Any claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Complaints about our services should be directed to our customer service team, and we will address them promptly.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

1. Your personal information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to complete the services or comply with legal obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

1. All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Kalash Movers & Packers.
2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
